I’m Raniel. I’ve spent the last 10+ years working in game production, moving from running my own indie studio in the Philippines to working at Gameloft, and now working on AAA Ubisoft open-world titles in the UK.
I am currently a Senior Associate Producer. I don't claim to have a "secret formula" for success. However, I have navigated the difficult path from Southeast Asia to the European industry, and I know the specific skills hiring managers look for when filling production roles.
