Roma is Founder & Strategy Partner at Brandself. She’s a seasoned Brand, Design & Digital Strategist with over 15 years of experience in blue chip marketing and advertising organisations such as Ogilvy, Publicis Groupe, McCann, BBDO and more. Throughout her career, she has successfully navigated the Global, AUNZ, and APAC markets, delivering exceptional results across various categories. She has served as Strategy Director for prominent brands at leading advertising agencies.

Notably she has received industry recognition for her work, including The EFFIE Gold. Furthermore, she had the honour of being selected as a first-round judge for The EFFIE awards in Australia. Recently, she was invited to join the Head of Planning Forum at The Account Planning Group in UK. She’s also one of the four chosen female leaders in Australia, who has broken down societal barriers, to join hipages Group’s Empower Women Leadership Program.

Affectionately known as #TheSmilingStrategist, she actively engages in strategy works for both small and large marketing and communications organisations. She tackles a diverse range of strategy briefs, spanning brand, creative, culture, digital, design, PR, employer branding, shopper strategy & planning, as well as excels in winning new business pitches and drives forward sustainability conversations. To showcase her expertise, she’s a Strategy Teacher at the esteemed Miami Ad School and has been a Strategy Mavin at Mavardo Australia.
