Rosalie's is the type of person in the product space that has been there and done that. She started off with me getting to know my needs and goals and started to build a plan around it. It was super helpful to work with Rosaalie to better understand myself and what I need in my next role as well as how I can better myself in my current role. I really was at wits end with my position and I feel so much better equipped to handle my current role as well as new things I can do to provide more of an impact.
