About

I've been a PM at Meta for 5 years with a background as a tech startup founder with successful exit.

At Meta, I've led teams of 20+ engineers and driven international product rollouts across multiple markets. I have experience working in both payments/payment infrastructure and on the ads side — two of the most technically complex and high-stakes product domains in tech. In addition, I've PM'd for several consumer products across Gaming, Dating, Reels, and Stories. I regularly engage with Meta VPs, driving and landing product vision and strategy for the products I own. Extensive experience planning and leading design sprints, engineering war rooms, and user research sessions.

My biggest strength is the 0-to-1 problem: taking a product from idea to launch. I've done it inside one of the world's largest companies and as a founder with no resources and no safety net. I know what it takes to build go-to-market and launch strategy that actually works — not just on paper.

I'm deeply data-driven. I've spent years analyzing both qualitative and quantitative signals to sharpen product sense, prioritize ruthlessly, and make the case for the right bets to senior leadership.

Before Meta, I founded a startup in Latin America. Before that, Industrial Engineering at Georgia Tech — which trained me to think in systems, trade-offs, and first principles.

I mentor on: breaking into PM at top tech companies · product strategy and roadmapping · 0-to-1 product development · go-to-market and launch planning · leading cross-functional teams · working with senior stakeholders · payments and ads products · international expansion and emerging markets

5 out of 5 stars

Ruby has been one of the most impactful mentors I've had the pleasure of working with. She's saved me months of pivots by helping me focus on my existing domain expertise, network and unique advantages. She's someone who has been through the grind, so she brings practical lessons from that world. Currently, she works in product leadership. So she brings her upbeat, positive and encouraging style from that world as well. Our conversations feel collaborative, like a thoughtful product lead who is investing in me making better decisions and executing effectively. She also shares lessons from both her startup experiences and career in a way that's highly actionable. I leave every call and touch point with greater clarity and confidence in what to focus on next.
