Hi, I'm Ruslan.

I'm a Group Product Manager at Miro with 10+ years in both leadership and senior IC roles, building product organizations, new products from zero to one, and foundational platforms.

Being in different roles (from senior PM to product director managing multiple teams) and different stages of companies (startup, high-growth, operational efficiency) helped me develop a broad set of observations and skills that I'm happy to share and that I hope would be useful for other people.

My main achievements:
– Scaled Miro product stream responsible for the core experience and core platform from 3 to 10 teams across 3 hubs, hired several world-class product managers who currently lead some of the most critical product areas at Miro.
– Brought a product-centric approach to initially purely engineering platform teams at Miro.
– Established the Product Accessibility program at Miro to meet the requirements of strategic enterprise customers and unblock millions of dollars of Enterprise ARR.
– I was a founding member of the fastest-growing e-grocery startup in Russia where I built product and content teams that developed client apps, content marketing, and the platform for operational automation handling millions of orders a month.
— During my consulting career (2014-2018), I led consulting teams that strategized and implemented products for the largest retailers, banks, and cultural institutions in Russia.

I'm currently based in Helsinki (Finland) with my wife and daughter and often travel to Amsterdam and Berlin.
