About
My name is Sarah Gruneisen (she/her), and I bring a vibrant history rooted in both technology and transformation. I began developing software back in the late '90s (yes, when dial-up internet was still a thing!). Since then, I’ve embraced agile methodologies since 2003, adopted Scrum in 2008, and led with frameworks like Liberating Structures since 2017. My leadership journey formally began in 2008, and I’ve been training leaders since 2019 through my company, Avagasso Coaching, where I run the Leadership Landing program twice a year.
