My name is Sebastiano, and I'm an experienced engineering leader with a passion for helping others grow in their careers.
I'm currently an Engineering leader at Meta, I've previously served as a Director of Engineering at Upwork and held leadership roles at companies such as Pinterest, PayPal, Snap, and Spotify in domains ranging from shopping and crypto to messaging, video creation, and ads.
As a mentor, I offer guidance and support to engineering managers and engineers looking to take their skills and careers to the next level. Whether you're looking to develop your leadership skills, transition to management, or navigate the complexities of the tech industry, I'm here to help. I can provide one-on-one coaching, feedback on projects and situations.

Sebastiano is a fantastic mentor - what a relief it was to be able to chat with someone friendly, grounded, and empathic, but also gives it to you straight. I know I grew my skills during my time with Seb. Even if you have mentors within your org, like a manager or a step manager, it's especially valuable to get a 3rd party perspective on the dynamics of managing and working with ours within a tech org. Seb helped me keep on track with my career goals and took me further and faster than I would have accomplished on my own.

Sebastiano has been truly invested in my growth and provided timely and highly relevant feedback to navigate difficult scenarios at work. He has such diverse experience that he is able to quickly relate and guide his Mentee's.
