Hi there, I'm Pang. As a software-engineer turned ML Engineer + Data Scientist, I love helping others achieve their dream career in tech. The tech industry is tough, wether its job hunting, preparing for interviews or getting promoted, trust me, I've been there. For the past 5 years, I've received full-time offers and worked in several reputable companies such as Grab, DataRobot and Goldman Sachs. I've gotten promoted twice at the same company from junior (L3) to senior (L4) to lead (L5) within a span of 3 years. In my everyday work, I solve AI problems end-to-end
- large scale data processing and analytics using SQL, PySpark
- build cutting-edge ML models with PyTorch, Deep-Learning, Transformers, LLM Fine-Tuning, Multi-Modal Agentic-AI systems, Distributed-Training with Ray
- deploy production-grade inference optimized models (ONNX Triton, vLLM) that can scale over high QPS with batching
