I currently lead a 30-person data org at Amazon (Ads) and have spent 12+ years building and leading data engineering, analytics, and DS teams — including a 60+ person global org. I've sat on both sides of the table: hundreds of interviews as a hiring manager and bar raiser, and recently mentoring candidates for loops at Netflix, Apple, and OpenAI for senior leadership roles.
