Hi, I’m Sunjay.
I help thoughtful, capable professionals navigate non-linear career transitions — especially when the next step isn’t obvious and the usual advice no longer fits.
My work focuses on career clarity and structural decision-making under uncertainty.
My background includes product marketing at Oracle and DocuSign and a transition into design, where I focused on how systems shape behavior and how structure influences clarity.
Over time, I realized many career challenges aren’t caused by lack of ability, but by environments and expectations that don’t match how someone actually thinks, works, or moves through uncertainty.
Most people arrive already moving too fast to hear what they actually need. My job isn’t to speed that up. It’s to slow the conversation down enough that your own thinking becomes more available to you — where the signal separates from the noise and the next honest step becomes audible. That’s less about advice and more about rhythm. Finding yours.
I approach career transitions as a design problem. Instead of forcing certainty or manufacturing confidence, we focus on clarifying what feels “off,” identifying the next honest step, and designing small experiments that work with your real capacity and constraints.
The work is calm, practical, and paced. There’s room to think clearly and move forward without burning out or performing a version of yourself that doesn’t last.
