Hi, I'm Suraj. I'm a Staff Engineer in NYC, leading a platform org spanning multiple teams. My background is distributed systems at scale, and lately I've been going deep on agentic AI infrastructure.
Mentorship is genuinely the part of my job I find most rewarding. I've onboarded and mentored a number of engineers internally (who went on to become mentors themselves), and conducted many coding and system design interviews for senior+ candidates over the years.
