Sometimes the fastest way to grow is to get thoughtful feedback on the work you are already doing. This MentorCruise session is designed to help you review a real piece of work with someone experienced in your field, whether that is a project, presentation, product decision, design, strategy, document, or deliverable. It is a chance to get a more expert perspective on what is working, what is not, and how to improve it.

You’ll work with an experienced mentor to break down your work, understand where it is strong, and identify the biggest opportunities to level it up. Together, you can discuss execution, clarity, quality, decision-making, and how the work might be perceived by teammates, managers, clients, or stakeholders. The goal is to leave with sharper feedback, better instincts, and practical next steps you can apply right away.

Your mentor

Bring me a real piece of your work: a PRD, a strategy doc, a roadmap, a positioning or launch plan, a stakeholder update, whatever you want a sharper eye on. In 45 minutes we'll go through the work itself and the thinking that shaped it: whether the problem is framed well, whether the prioritisation holds up, how clearly it communicates, and how it's likely to land with the stakeholders who matter.

I've spent about 12 years in product, as a founding PM, as a founder who built and sold Prodsight to Playvox in 2022, then a product director at Playvox, and most recently a senior PM at GitHub inside a large, mature product organisation, so I've written and reviewed this kind of work at both ends of the spectrum.

I mentor product managers on ADPList, and I've coached PMs one-to-one inside GitHub and on my own team. You'll leave with specific, honest feedback, a clear sense of what strong work looks like here, and the reasons behind every note so your judgement gets sharper, not just this one artefact.
