Being a Product Manager can be super hard at times. As your mentor I can help you be your best, coach you through the tough spots, and share my learnings and techniques.

I've worked for 9+ years as Product Manager in 4 startups in London, UK and fully remote. Through those I've seen almost every situation you can get into as a PM at an early stage startup. From struggling to find any traction, to building a national leader, to scaling up and into a global unicorn.

I'm especially good at helping people in these situations:
- You're at an early stage startup or scale up (Seed to Series B - B2C or B2B)
- You're the first PM working with founders, or part of an early Product department
- Your business is trying to get to product/market fit, or you're expanding your product offering
- You're leading a department for the first time and aren't sure how to plan, hire, and mentor a team
- You want to set your goals and roadmap to align with your business' ambitions
- You feel like you're not performing at your potential or unsure how to step up to the next level

My mentoring will start by understanding you and your context. Your strengths and weaknesses. Your personal goals and motivations. With that we'll agree a specific area and goal to work together on first.

My goal is to help you by asking questions, giving guiding coaching, and suggesting lenses through which to assess, learn, and find solutions yourself. This means you'll grow in self-confidence and learn to become more resilient and independent.

I'm also very experienced in coaching people through their PM job search and I offer short-term interview coaching and interview prep.
