Hi, I'm Tanya 👋 I'm an AI Agents PM at Cresta, where I lead Conductor, an agent that builds agents, built on Claude. I deploy agents with Fortune 500 contact centers.
I help people get into AI product work and get unstuck. We can work on:

A bit about me: I started as a software engineer at Google (AdSense), where I owned a self-service A/B testing API that added $12M ARR and built pipelines used by 1M+ publishers. Then I became an AI PM at Red Bull, leading a 10+ person team on their first global AI product, which grew from 0 to 70K users across 40 countries. At Cresta I've shipped 60+ Conductor releases and 400+ PRs since July. On the side I'm building LufLuf, an AI self-care assistant. I'm a PM who still writes code 💻
