With a creative but disciplined mindset, I enjoy translating thought into action and designing experiences that make a difference. This has allowed me to work flexibly and pragmatically with a multitude of clients in a hyper-growth start-up, and how I support UX researchers to build an arsenal of skills to catapult their careers.
I started out as a UX Research Intern at the UK Home Office and within 3 years landed a role as a Senior User Researcher. My rapid growth in the industry was fuelled by the quality of my learning and the support of great mentors who helped me find the joy, and the mastery, in research.
My mentees thrive because I align my teaching with their learning style, adjusting to each individuals needs to help them succeed. That may be to improve your story-telling skills, or refresh your portfolio, or to simply overcome imposter syndrome!
My ability to adapt, has seen me support a range of individuals from both the private and public sector achieve their career goals and go onto be mentors themselves.
