With a creative but disciplined mindset, I enjoy translating thought into action and designing experiences that make a difference. I started out as a UX Research Intern at the UK Home Office and within 3 years landed a role as a Senior User Researcher. My rapid growth in the industry was fuelled by the quality of my learning and the support of great mentors who helped me find the joy, and the mastery, in research.
