About
I am the Co-founder and CEO of Quoroom, a UK-based investment management platform for angel syndicates, venture funds, and founders. Previously, I served as the Executive Director of the Warsaw Stock Exchange Office in Ukraine. Since 2019, I have been an immigrant founder in the UK. With over 12 years of experience in finance and capital markets, I've advised and facilitated venture capital transactions totaling more than $50 million. I specialize in angel and syndicated venture capital deals.
For the past few years, I have been a mentor in various acceleration programs, covering topics such as investor relations, capital raising, cap table management, and startup legals. I am passionate about Impact Investing and hold a PhD in Economics.
I have been recognized as one of the InspiringFifty 2022 – The Top Fifty Women in European Tech, awarded Investment Technology Leader of the Year 2021 by Finance Monthly, and included on the Women in FinTech Powerlist for both 2019 and 2021.
