My name is Wenzheng, and I'm an experienced software engineer with a passion for mentoring and helping those who are early in their careers.
I’m currently building AI agents at a startup, after recently wrapping up a six-year journey at Google where I worked as a senior software engineer focused on improving the search experience. Over the years, I’ve worked across the stack—DevOps, backend, mobile, and AI/ML - with a growing focus on developing high-quality generative AI products. My experience spans both startups and large tech companies, giving me a broad and practical understanding of what it takes to build and scale impactful software.
As a mentor, I offer guidance and support to engineers who are new to the industry or looking to advance their careers. I provide one-on-one coaching, feedback on projects and real-world situations, and mock interviews to help you prepare for your next role. Whether you need help navigating technical challenges, improving your coding skills, or making strategic career decisions, I'm here to assist you every step of the way.
