🛠️ Over the years, my teams built and launched new products such as Talk and also led many cross company projects, such as the launch of the Zendesk Suite and Omnichannel Routing.

🌍 Since 2020, my teams adapted to working in a distributed manner with everyone working in a fully flexible/remote manner.

📈 Consistently achieved high engagement survey scores, 10-13 points above company and ProdDev averages, driving team motivation and productivity.

What mentees say

5 out of 5 stars

Wesley doesn't coach from a playbook — he coaches from experience. Sharp, practical advice on everything from interview prep to managing a team through a rough patch. Every session ends with something I can actually use the next day. If you're a senior engineering leader looking for a mentor who gets the messiness of real orgs, this is your person.

Wesley’s been such a helpful mentor for me. I tried a couple of other mentors before finding him, but something about his style just felt right for what I needed. He gave clear, thoughtful feedback on my CV and really helped me work through my nerves with mock interviews. Those sessions made a huge difference in my confidence. He also pointed me toward some great resources that actually helped me step up my leadership skills. I’ve since landed a new job, but I’ve stuck with Wesley because the conversations are still so useful—there’s always something new to take away. I can’t recommend Wesley enough!
