I have been obsessed with one question for most of my career: how do you consistently make the right decision for your product? I have been practicing Customer Development on software products since 2010 and coaching since 2013. I have had lots of help from others in my career, and I love helping and coaching others along their journey. Here is a short list of things I have done:

- delivered tens of millions in incremental value at early/mid-stage startups across multiple industries
- first PM at a now public company
- recruited top notch PMs and enabled them to succeed
- coached PMs from associate through Head of Product
I love working with folks who are striving to get better and want to find a way to succeed. I like to dig deep with questions and find out where people are coming from, to understand their thinking, and then to make suggestions. My goal is always to teach you how to think through situations, not to give answers.
