I work with companies worldwide to make their solutions understandable for different audiences. I particularly enjoy collaborating with SaaS providers and am passionate about improving documentation creation and management.

I have experience building static sites using tools like Eleventy, Docusaurus, MKDocs, Astro docs, Hugo, Jekyll, Docsify, DITA, Gitbook, AsciiDoc, Readme.io, Sphinx, and Confluence, and working with API documentation. I create clear, helpful documentation for APIs using Postman, Swagger, Redocly, Rapidoc, Mintlify, web services, libraries, and software products. From detailed API references to step-by-step tutorials, guides, and sample apps, I cover it all. What makes me unique is my ability to manage the whole documentation process, starting from creation through to ongoing updates—ensuring that everything runs smoothly for my clients.

I’m also passionate about helping others solve problems and love being part of a team. I work well with others and always strive to create a collaborative and positive environment. I’ve built three open-source software projects to help technical writers and founded a community with over 5,000 members across all social media platforms aimed at supporting and empowering technical writers.
