About

Hi, I'm Yaron. Twenty years ago I thought being a good engineer was enough. Two decades later — after leading teams at Meta and others — I know the real leverage is helping people do their best work: through honest feedback, through kindness, through clear expectations.
I've spent two decades in engineering across small and large companies, most recently as an Engineering Manager at Meta. I've rolled out Scrum and other agile practices at multiple organizations, and I've built, scaled, and repaired engineering teams. Along the way I've learned that almost every hard engineering-leadership problem is actually a human one wearing a technical costume.
