5 out of 5 stars
Zhang has been wonderful to work with. He is highly knowledgeable and thoughtfully tailors each session to his mentee’s specific needs and stage in their journey. The real-life examples he shared from his experience working with technical program managers and product managers were especially helpful in giving me a clear understanding of their day-to-day responsibilities. He also offers excellent advice on how to make the best use of AI for job search and interview preparation. I have learned a great deal from our sessions, and his guidance has been genuinely valuable in helping me navigate my transition from the manufacturing industry into tech.
