Learn from my hard won lessons in B2B product at early stage startups - I've seen many of the same challenges over and over again, so you don't have to.

I’ve spent the past 10 years in fintech startups building 0 -> 1 products. First, as an early employee at Thought Machine working across implementation and product management, seeing the company grow from seed to over $2bn valuation. I then worked at Griffin, a new bank specialising in Banking as a Service, where I led development of our payments products.

My first experience in tech was as a product marketing intern at Google in 2015, working on Android product launches, and I have been hooked on building and launching products ever since.

As a mentor, I’m a listener, analytical (but not a complete robot!), and will help you delve deep and deconstruct whatever problems you might have, creating a tailored approach centred your specific goals.

A session is a focused one-on-one call with your mentor. Use it to get feedback, work through a specific problem, review your work, or get unstuck. You reserve up to 30 min of their time.

How do I pick a time?

After checkout you pick a slot from Gus's live availability, and it's confirmed on the spot.

How does the session take place?

Sessions happen over video call. Your mentor shares the meeting link ahead of time, so all you need is a quiet spot and a stable connection.

Can I reschedule?

Yes, up to 24 hours before the session. Message your mentor and find a new time that works for both of you.

What if my mentor doesn't show up?

You're protected. If a mentor is a no-show, it takes one click to cancel and get your money back, no questions asked.

How do refunds work?
