Hi! I'm a software engineer and a leader with 10 years+ in the tech industry with educational background both in software engineering and also in coaching and mentoring. My hands-on experience in technical leadership with heavy focus on personal and professional growth of engineers goes hand in hand here. Unsure of the next steps in your career? I promote cultivating resilience and adaptability as guiding principles of my practice. Here are a few of the benefits for you that I strive for:
