I am a serial founder and product and technology executive with over 20 years of experience in Silicon Valley, driving digital transformation and innovation across healthcare, consumer goods, and enterprise technology. I have a track record of building and scaling SaaS, AI/ML, and IoT platforms from zero to one. During my career I consistently translated complex customer needs into market-leading digital solutions that fuel business growth and enhance customer experiences. I managed teams in India, China, Eastern and Western Europe and the US up to 160 cross-functional members. The teams I led received multiple industry awards.

At Elevance Health, I pioneered an AI/ML platform that revolutionized patient data management and elevated operational efficiency. During my tenure at SAP, I ideated and launched an NLP Voice of the Customer and an IoT platform. Both established new industry standards and expanded into a number of industry verticals. At Cognizant, I transformed a rapid digital product innovation practice, turning it into a key driver of strategic innovation and revenue for Cognizant's clients.

I am deeply committed to nurturing the next generation of innovators. As a mentor and advisor at Stanford Graduate School of Business and prominent Silicon Valley accelerators (Stanford GSB, Alchemist, Techstars, Plug and Play).
