Pavan has been a great mentor and I've really appreciated his assistance on my journey thus far. I was motivated to seek mentorship after having failed to secure a job offer after a year of being unemployed. I needed someone to talk to that held a similar title at a large company. I felt having the ability to gain insight on what worked for them would help me be able to take similar steps to get out of my rut. I've been fortunate to have the mentorship of Pavan for the last month. He has been able to offer me advice when it comes to technical interviews, provide guidance and resources in the realm of continuous learning, and above all be someone that I can vent my frustrations to. He has helped me overhaul my resume to the point that I feel comfortable applying to jobs knowing that my resume looks professional.
