Ce que j’ai particulièrement apprécié, c’est la qualité des échanges, très largement basés sur les expériences concrètes. Chaque discussion allait au-delà de la théorie : on analysait des situations réelles, des décisions passées, leurs impacts, et les alternatives possibles. Ces échanges m’ont permis d’avoir une vision à 360° sur mes décisions en tant que tech lead, de mieux comprendre leurs conséquences humaines, organisationnelles et business, et surtout de progresser de manière très pragmatique dans mon rôle.
