Ce que j’ai particulièrement apprécié, c’est la qualité des échanges, très largement basés sur les expériences concrètes. Chaque discussion allait au-delà de la théorie : on analysait des situations réelles, des décisions passées, leurs impacts, et les alternatives possibles. Ces échanges m’ont permis d’avoir une vision à 360° sur mes décisions en tant que tech lead, de mieux comprendre leurs conséquences humaines, organisationnelles et business, et surtout de progresser de manière très pragmatique dans mon rôle. Erwan est un mentor disponible, à l’écoute, structuré, et capable de challenger sans jugement.
