But I guess you found me because you need advice/sparring/coaching about a subject related to your professional and/or personal life - I am ready!

First and foremost, I am a happy, optimistic and innovative person. I am an introvert, but most people don't believe that.

I have a background in the financial sector, where I was a Senior Loan Officer and was responsible for Syndicated lending on a global level. Later, I helped create one of Denmark's very first internet banks. After completing an MBA from DTU, I was first a Headhunter in a global Executive Search company and then I became an independent consultant. I have worked with Headhunting, Management and employee development, Organizational development, personal counseling, LifeCoaching, therapy/couple therapy and much more.

I work with individuals - both in the private and career/job areas and with groups/teams and organizations. I have previously sat on boards and advisory boards, but for reasons of principle I no longer do so.

I have completed a wide range of educations and have a goal of learning something completely new every single year. I have, among other things, a 4-year training course as a Psychotherapist and is a certified PREP coach. I am trained in a multitude of testing tools (but swear by the PeopleTools tools).

My great passion is transformational psychology, which is the part of the psychological field that is about researching and understanding what happens to us humans when we change - either voluntarily or because we have to.

I believe that most of us can change almost everything in ourselves - even some of the most basic building blocks - it is the motivation for the change that must be in place

In my counseling, I am open, honest and direct - not everyone likes that form, but for me it is the right approach and the one that I know can create the best results in counseling.

I have been an entrepreneur my entire adult career - sometimes it has gone very well, while at other times it has landed with a bang.

I love new technologies and am always an Early Adopter - I was the 9,000th person in Denmark to get Internet and I use a lot of tools powered by AI.

In my free time I make electronic music, which I release on Spotify and love traveling with my family. The base is a wooden house out in the forest.
