I have 12+ years of experience as a product and UX designer across startups and enterprise teams, including leading design at multiple SaaS companies and founding my own venture-backed startup. Today, I coach designers through job searches, portfolio reviews, career decisions, and transitions—especially in competitive or uncertain markets.

I’ve worked with designers at many stages: career switchers, bootcamp grads, mid-level ICs, and senior designers navigating layoffs, pivots, or growth decisions. My approach is structured, direct, and grounded in what hiring managers actually look for.
