Your mentor
As a executive producer with more than a two decades of experience in AAA game development, I’ve spent over 20 years working across studios like Remedy, MachineGames, PUBG/Krafton, and Sumo Digital in production and leadership roles.
A big part of my work has been mentoring producers and team leads — helping people grow into more senior roles, navigate complex team dynamics, and build confidence in decision‑making.
At the same time, I’ve also been closely involved in the business side of development — working with publishers, supporting pitches, and understanding how projects move from concept to greenlight.
