About this Session
An introductory call is a simple way to get to know a mentor before committing to ongoing mentorship. This session gives you the chance to ask questions, talk through your goals, and see whether the mentor’s background, communication style, and approach feel like the right fit for you. It is a low-pressure starting point designed to help you make a more confident decision.
You can use the call to share what you are working on, what kind of support you are looking for, and where you feel stuck right now. It is also a chance to understand how the mentor typically works with mentees, what kind of guidance they can offer, and whether there is a strong mutual fit. The goal is to leave the conversation with more clarity on your next step and whether you want to continue working together.
Your mentor
As a Executive Producer with more than a two decades of experience in AAA game development, I’ve spent the last 20 years growing from journalism into production leadership roles across studios like Remedy, MachineGames, PUBG/Krafton, and Sumo Digital.
I’ve led teams across multiple projects and locations, supported senior producers, and helped studios navigate periods of growth and change — especially when moving from single‑project setups to more complex, multi‑project environments.
I typically get involved when things need more clarity: aligning teams, improving collaboration, and helping people deliver ambitious work in a sustainable way.
In these sessions, I can support you with:
-Career growth in games (especially production, leadership, or transitioning into leadership roles)
-Navigating team dynamics and stakeholder alignment
-Preparing for interviews and senior roles
-Thinking through real production challenges in a practical, grounded way
-Making pitch decks for publishers, investors
-Getting funding for your startup
I usually keep sessions conversational and focused on your situation — whether you’re preparing for something specific or just want a sounding board.
I’m based in Europe and typically run sessions during weekdays, but I’m flexible where needed.
