I'm a Director of Sales at HubSpot with experience selling, coaching reps, and leading sales managers. This session is designed for SaaS account executives and new or developing sales managers.

Before we meet, I'll send you a short, role-specific competency exercise. You'll sort 12 skills into three equal groups based on your current ability relative to your other skills. Allow 5–10 minutes to complete it.

During our call, we'll explore the examples behind your choices, consider which skills matter most for your goals, and identify two priorities for the next 30 days. We'll capture a practice action and a way to recognize progress for each.

This is a guided self-assessment and planning session, not a formal performance evaluation. You'll leave with your completed skills map and practical next steps, no ongoing mentorship required.

Sessions are typically held on weekday evenings (ET). I provide mentorship independently, not on behalf of HubSpot.
