About this session

Get further with less effort. This session is all about using AI to take some of the pressure off without compromising quality. We’ll look at how to automate the repetitive bits, get faster at the clever bits, and use tools that let you focus on what matters most.

I use AI every day as a founder and CPO to stay on top of a million moving pieces - I’ll help you figure out what works for your role, and build from there.

What you’ll get:
• A focused analysis of how AI can help in your day-to-day
• A smarter way to approach tasks that currently take too much time
• Tools and prompts tailored to you

Your mentor

I'm a Founder & Chief Product Officer. I help founders and operators make clear decisions when things get messy.

I work with founders and senior operators who've built something real and are discovering that success brings its own special flavour of chaos. Usually it's product direction that's gone fuzzy, commercial decisions where the stakes feel high, or the realisation that you've become the bottleneck.

I'm co-founder at Shimmr, where I built the product from scratch and scaled it to a million ARR. Before that, I took another business from zero to £3M ARR. The messy bits, the pivots, the decisions made with incomplete information, the moments where it wasn't clear we'd make it, those are what actually taught me something useful.

I'm a thinking partner. I help you get to clarity when everything's ambiguous, make better calls with patchy information, and actually execute.

I'm most useful if you're:

-- A founder starting out and building your idea, or moving from early traction to proper scale
-- A product leader now responsible for commercial outcomes, not just shipping features
-- An operator preparing for fundraising or board meetings with uncomfortable questions

What we work on:

-- Product direction when you've got ten priorities and resources for three
-- Product-market fit when signals are contradictory
-- Commercial strategy and pricing that works in reality, not just spreadsheets
-- Leadership challenges as teams grow and what used to work stops working
-- Decision-making under uncertainty (which is most decisions)

Always grounded in your actual situation. Not theory or best practices from someone's 2019 framework.

How I work:
Direct, calm, practical. I'll push back when something doesn't make sense. You should leave sessions clearer, with a concrete view of what to do next.

Next steps: Book a session. We'll figure out quickly if this makes sense. If it doesn't, I'll tell you straight away.

Her guidance is always thoughtful, practical, and grounded in real experience. She has a unique ability to break down complex challenges and help you see things with clarity and direction. What stood out most was not just her advice, but the way she challenged my thinking and pushed me to operate at a higher level. Her introductions and strategic insights have had a tangible impact on how I approach building and scaling. Beyond that, she’s genuinely invested in your growth, which makes the mentorship feel both supportive and high value. I’m incredibly grateful for her time and guidance, and I would highly recommend her to any founder looking for honest, sharp, and impactful mentorship.”
