2. Self-Assessment Review
You will need to do a Self-Assessment that I’ll send before starting the course
We will review the completed self-assessment form to identify strengths, areas for development, and key focus areas.
3. Setting SMART Goals
Before finishing the session we will set the program's goals to ensure we are on the same page.

Week 2: Technical Skills Development
1. Technical Skills Enhancement
I will identify specific technical skills to focus on based on the self-assessment and job requirements you provided me.
2. Mock Technical Interview Practice
I will conduct a mock technical interview to simulate real-world job interview scenarios.
This interview could be focused on .Net and C# if needed.
I will provide feedback on communication, problem-solving, and technical skills.

Week 3: Soft Skills, Behavioural Development

1. Soft Skills Development
I will identify specific soft skills to focus on based on the self-assessment and job requirements you provided me.
We will explore communication strategies, teamwork dynamics, and adaptability skills.
2. Mock Behavioural Interview Practice
I will conduct a mock technical interview to simulate real-world job interview scenarios.
I will provide feedback on these soft skills: communication skills, problem-solving abilities, collaboration and teamwork, time management and prioritization, continuous learning, and adaptation.

Week 4: Job Search Strategies and Action Planning

1. Job Search Strategies
I will help you explore effective job search techniques, networking opportunities, and resume optimization tips.
2. Action Planning
We will develop a personalized action plan outlining specific steps, timelines, and milestones for the job search process.
We will set accountability measures and follow-up mechanisms to track progress and provide ongoing support.

From my first foray into the world of computers at the age of 12, to navigating the primitive landscapes of green-screen monitors and clunky processors, my passion for technology was ignited early on. Despite the humble beginnings, I pursued my dream with determination, diving into courses and gaining hands-on experience in hardware and coding.

My early career saw me honing my skills in various tech roles, from technician to developer, in small companies and consultancy firms. The decision to move to the UK marked a pivotal moment, exposing me to new challenges and opportunities in the vibrant tech scene of Bristol.

Life in the UK presented its own set of challenges, from overcoming language barriers to adapting to a new work culture. But with perseverance and determination, I thrived, gaining invaluable experience in law firms and e-commerce.

Returning to Barcelona, I embraced the role of Software Engineering Manager, where every decision I made had a direct impact on the team's success. Inspired by my experiences, I delved into the world of coaching, immersing myself in personal development and training courses.

Today, I wear multiple hats as an Engineering Manager, guiding teams with a coaching mindset and offering free coaching sessions to the community.
