Career growth rarely happens by accident. This MentorCruise session is designed to help you build a clearer roadmap for where you want to go next and how to get there. Whether you are aiming for a promotion, preparing for a bigger role, or feeling stuck in your current position, this session helps you turn broad ambition into a practical career strategy.

You’ll work with an experienced mentor to define your next step, identify the skills and signals that matter, and create a plan for making progress inside your current company or beyond it. Together, you can assess your strengths, spot gaps, map out promotion criteria, and think through how to build visibility, ownership, and momentum over time. The goal is to leave with more clarity, better direction, and a concrete plan to move your career forward with intention.

In my 10 years of work experience in HR I have deducted several thousands of interviews, lead employees through promotion cycles and prepared them for their next career move. If you are applying for the next step in your career, you are open for a career change or are simply not happy in your current role, I would be glad to accompany you on your journey and work on some topics together. I have prepared many people for those situations and on the same side, I know what an HR team is looking for in an ideal candidate.
