Over the past decade, I’ve coached professionals in the AEC and Digital Construction fields to navigate career changes, promotions, international moves, and transitions into digital roles like BIM, GIS, and Digital Delivery Management.

In this session, I’ll work with you to understand your career goals, the challenges you might face, and build a clear, step-by-step action plan that you can take away and refer to.
