With 20+ years in technology and a decade in leadership, I’ve built and scaled high-performance engineering teams across startups and large organizations. I specialize in coaching engineers, managers, and aspiring leaders to grow their careers, strengthen leadership skills, and thrive in dynamic environments. These introductory calls are a chance for us to connect, understand your goals, and see how I can best support your journey. I typically conduct these sessions on weekday evenings (PST).
