In a 45-minute Design a Career Strategy session I’ll:

Quickly clarify your target (career change, promotion, freelancing, etc.).

Do a gap analysis between where you are and where you want to be.

Propose a prioritized, time-bound strategy with concrete milestones, learning resources, and immediate next steps you can act on.

Deliver a Google Doc you can take home with a tailored plan, timelines, and recommended checkpoints.

Why this works: I combine technical hiring expectations, product/engineering leadership experience, and real-world employer/partner perspectives—so the plan focuses on what actually opens doors, not just what looks good on paper.
