As a hiring manager with a decade of experience and a career that has spanned multiple continents and roles, I've navigated various career transitions and helped many professionals design successful career strategies. My experience includes planning transitions from frontend to full-stack, individual contributor to lead roles, and international career moves.

I regularly conduct career strategy sessions, typically scheduled during weekday evenings (CET) and weekends. Having worked in startups and big tech, mentored at Techlabs, and helped developers plan their careers from entry-level to senior roles, I understand the different career paths and what it takes to achieve various goals.
