This session is designed for experienced software engineers who want quick clarity on career direction, leveling, or next steps. I’ve spent several years working as a senior individual contributor on large-scale systems, and I’ve helped engineers navigate promotions, role transitions, and interview decisions at Senior and Staff levels.

I’m qualified to run this session based on both my hands-on experience and years of mentoring peers through similar decisions. The focus is practical and grounded in real expectations, not generic advice.
