I’m a Senior Software Engineer at Microsoft with 8+ years of industry experience, working on building scalable, high-impact, enterprise-grade products within the Microsoft ecosystem. My work focuses on system design, backend engineering, and building reliable platforms at scale.

Over the past several years, I’ve conducted 200+ mock interviews and participated in 300+ real technical interviews as both a candidate and an interviewer. Alongside this, I’ve mentored engineers on mock interviews, resume reviews, job search strategy, interview preparation, and career growth planning.

My mentoring approach is practical, structured, and experience-driven—focused on real interview expectations, clear feedback, and actionable guidance to help engineers grow confidently and move toward senior-level roles.
