You’ll work with an experienced mentor to define your next step, identify the skills and signals that matter, and create a plan for making progress inside your current company or beyond it. Together, you can assess your strengths, spot gaps, map out promotion criteria, and think through how to build visibility, ownership, and momentum over time. The goal is to leave with more clarity, better direction, and a concrete plan to move your career forward with intention.

Hi! I'm Tony Turner. I'm a UX Lead at Progressive Insurance. I've also worked in other verticals such as healthcare, higher ed, financial services and document management doing both research and design.

I am a certified UX Analyst through Human Factors International and I hold a Bachelor's degree in Cognitive Science. I am also a Certified Career Coach.

In this session we'll discuss your career goals and develop a plan to accomplish those goals. We'll establish the key actions for you to take and in follow-up sessions we can review successes and roadblocks which will lead to more goals and action items.
