As a Head of Product Design, Research and Service Design, I have created Career Strategies for designers in the last four organisations I had the pleasure of working with. I've also been mentoring for over a decade and have applied Company Strategy and Objectives Key Results (OKRs) to individuals to align with org and team objectives. This experience has given me a lot of tools and methods to help mentees in thinking critically about their focus areas and co-create a great Career Strategy.
