In this session, a mentor with hiring experience will go over your CV and give you actionable points on how to improve it. You will be able to follow along and make these changes right away, hopefully leaving you with a top-notch CV at the end of the sessions.

Before founding Genmark AI, I spent over 15 years leading engineering teams at Microsoft and SeekOut, where I built and scaled teams from early-stage startups to large organizations. Over my career, I’ve personally interviewed and reviewed resumes for thousands of candidates - across software engineering, technical leadership, product, and startup roles.

In this session, I’ll bring that experience to help you strengthen your resume, highlight your strengths, and position yourself for the roles you're targeting. We'll focus on both the content and the narrative, so your resume resonates with hiring managers, recruiters, and interview panels.
