You’ll work with an experienced mentor to review your resume line by line, improve how you present your impact, and identify what may be weakening your application. Resume reviews are something I’ve been doing consistently for over a decade. I started helping recent grads and early-career professionals after college and continued supporting colleagues, mentees, and leaders as my own career progressed. Today, as a senior people and learning leader, I review resumes on both the hiring side and the candidate side, so I know what gets attention, what gets skimmed, and what causes candidates to be overlooked.
