About this Session

Resume reviews are something I’ve been doing consistently for over a decade. I started helping recent grads and early-career professionals after college and continued supporting colleagues, mentees, and leaders as my own career progressed. Today, as a senior people and learning leader, I review resumes on both the hiring side and the candidate side, so I know what gets attention, what gets skimmed, and what causes candidates to be overlooked.
