You’ll work with an experienced mentor to review your resume line by line, improve how you present your impact, and identify what may be weakening your application. Together, you can refine bullet points, clarify your positioning, tighten structure, and make sure your resume matches the kind of roles you want. The goal is to leave with a resume that feels more focused, more credible, and more likely to get attention from recruiters and hiring managers.

I've spent 10+ years as an engineer at FAANG, and high-growth startups and I've sat on enough hiring panels to know exactly what a strong engineering resume looks like at the bar you're aiming for. I've reviewed hundreds of resumes from engineers at every level, from new grads to staff engineers targeting top companies in the Bay Area, NYC, London, and Asia. I know what makes a recruiter stop and what makes them move on.

I typically run resume sessions in the evenings and weekends (PT), with flexible slots available across time zones for engineers in the Bay Area, NYC, London, and Asia.
