I’m a former Amazon HR leader, Bar Raiser, and executive coach with extensive experience reviewing talent at all levels and helping professionals present their experience with greater clarity, relevance, and impact. Over the course of my career, I’ve assessed candidates across a wide range of functions, including both tech and non-tech roles, and I know how often strong experience gets diluted by weak positioning, unclear messaging, or a lack of focus.
