You’ll work with an experienced mentor to review your resume line by line, improve how you present your impact, and identify what may be weakening your application. Together, you can refine bullet points, clarify your positioning, tighten structure, and make sure your resume matches the kind of roles you want. The goal is to leave with a resume that feels more focused, more credible, and more likely to get attention from recruiters and hiring managers.

Your mentor

I have spent 15+ years as a hiring manager for data science and machine learning teams at Atlassian, Uber, Apple, Amazon and eBay, and I have rewritten the hiring frameworks my own organizations used. I have read the resumes, run the loops, and made the calls.

Most resumes are not weak on substance. They are weak on evidence, so the reader cannot tell what level the person is actually operating at. In this session we go through yours line by line against a specific target role, and you leave with a marked up version and a clear list of changes.

I usually run these sessions on weekday evenings and weekend mornings, Pacific time. If those windows do not work, send me a few options and I will do my best to accommodate.
